Whorearchy is an on-going collection of performances, disruptions, events, workshops, and art's based research exploring experiences and perceptions of sex workers in Hamilton and Toronto. In conjunction with Lisa Lipton’s solo exhibition fall 2018, Hamilton Artists Inc. invited Kitoko to be their performer-in-residence.

Over the course of their residency, Kitoko developed a performance piece, community arts workshop, and engaged in art's based research exploring experiences and perceptions of sex work and the adult entertainment industry in Hamilton and Toronto.

As part of their research process, Kitoko facilitated a number of participatory events and community workshops to gather data for their culminating performance.

In this iteration of Whorearchy, Kitoko took a blanket that was the site of violence and laid it on the floor. After convesations with gallery guests, they covered the blankets with underwear. The pieces of underwear all had quotes, questions and statements that came from the conversations.
